Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Fast Fulfilment:
    All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day after your order is placed.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is received, you will get an email/SMS confirmation with your order details.

  • Processing Delays (If Any):
    In rare cases (high volume, public holidays, etc.), if we expect a slight delay, we will inform you proactively and keep you updated.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or in your confirmation message.

  • Local / Domestic Orders:
    Usually delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders (if applicable):
    We offer no International delivery.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we always do our best to support you and track your parcel.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be mentioned on our website or social media pages.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link through email/SMS.

  • You can use this to check the real-time status and location of your parcel.

  • If you face any difficulty with tracking, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and details are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging and product condition

We will review the case and work with you to offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund according to our Refund/Return Policy..
